罗承沐

1937年7月生,重庆市巫山县人。中共党员。曾任清华大学电机工程系教授,博士生导师。

清华大学电机工程系本科毕业及研究生毕业。美国马里兰大学物理系及史蒂文斯理工学院物理系访问学者

曾在俄罗斯列别捷夫物理研究所、马来亚大学物理系、美国南卡罗林纳大学电机及计算机系进行短期合作研究、以及组织在多美尼加共和国谈判合作建设电厂项目。

长期从事高电压技术、等离子体物理、电子式互感器等方面的研究。参加和主持过多项国家自然科学基金科研和工程应用研制项目。发表中文及英文论文160余篇。享受国务院颁发的“政府特殊津贴”。

曾在清华大学科研处和清华大学电机系作行政管理工作。
