个人简介

清华大学电机系长聘教授、IEEE/IET Fellow,电机工程学会会士。国家杰出青年科学基金获得者、国家万人计划科技创新领军人才,国家重点研发计划项目负责人(首席科学家),曾获中国电力科学技术杰出贡献奖,首届中国电机工程杰出青年工程师奖,入选教育部新世纪优秀人才计划,获电工行业-正泰科技奖科技成就奖。提出了新能源集群分布式优化与无模型控制,自适应区间鲁棒优化和随机优化的不确定性优化调度方法,以及多区域、多层级电网分解协调调度系列算法,主持研发了新能源集群控制与优化调度系统,在多个省级电网应用,并实现了首个大型城市供热网与电力系统的联合优化调控工程。提出了基于回路分析、凸松弛技术、分布式优化以及随机鲁棒优化理论的主动配电网分析与优化方法体系,研发的主动配电网运行调控与可靠性规划系统并得到规模化应用。研发了基于FDNE的机电-电磁暂态实时混合仿真平台,提高了交直流混联电网的仿真精度。作为技术负责人开发了国内首套现场应用的在线动态安全预警系统、多调控中心广域分布式DTS。由于在(电力系统)能量管理与运行控制方面的贡献入选IEEE Fellow。发表SCI/EI 收录论文600余篇,其中SCI 论文147篇(IEEE 汇刊论文93篇),Google Scholar 被引15000多次,授权中国发明专利100余项, 美国发明专利20余项,主编和合著4本。获得国家科学科技进步一等奖1项,技术发明奖二等奖1项,省部级一等奖7项,日内瓦国际发明金奖2项。指导的博士生1人获清华大学学术新秀(全校10)1人获教育部学术新人奖和北京市优秀博士毕业生,多人获清华大学优秀博士论文奖,大部分博士生获得国家奖学金
