1994年6月获郑州工学院电力系统及其自动化专业获工学学士学位,1997年6月获郑州工业大学电力系统及其自动化专业硕士学位,2001年6月获清华大学电工理论与新技术专业博士学位,后留校任教。2011年晋升清华大学电机系教授。目前主要从事电磁环境与接地技术、电磁脉冲瞬态分析、电磁场数值计算等教学和研究工作。
