2010年清华大学电机系本科毕业,2015年清华大学电机系博士毕业;2016-2020年美国斯坦福大学和劳伦斯伯克利国家实验室联合博士后。2020年12月于清华大学电机系任助理教授,2021年12月晋升副教授。目前主要从事能源材料与科学、功率半导体器件、同步辐射谱学等方面的研究。先后入选海外人才计划(青年项目)、国家级人才计划,获自然科学基金面上项目支持,获美国百人会英才学者奖、美国劳伦斯伯克利国家实验室合作博士后奖学金、中国新锐科技人物卓越影响奖等荣誉和奖励。

近年来,发表SCI/EI论文70余篇,其中以主要作者在Science AdvancesJACSPNASJoule、IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics等国际专业顶级期刊论文20余篇,Google Scholar他引4600余次,H指数33,9篇论文入选ESI高被引论文,申请及授权专利60余项。
