iEnergy电力能源前沿论坛暨编委工作会议

iEnergy自创刊以来,期刊发展迅速,已被ESCI、Ei、Scopus等多个国际知名数据库收录,于2025年获得首个影响因子5.1,位于Electrical and Electronic Engineering Q1区。为深入探讨全球电力能源发展趋势,推动iEnergy期刊高水平发展,iEnergy依托2026 IEEE Power & Energy Society International Meeting,将于2026年1月21上午在中国香港组织大会分论坛“iEnergy电力能源前沿论坛暨编委工作会议”,本次会议将邀请国际知名专家就电力能源领域的热点问题作专题讨论。

报告嘉宾:Daniel Kammen教授

报告题目:Materials Science, AI, and Inclusive Growth: What We Need to Make it Happen

材料科学、人工智能与包容性增长:如何推动其实现

Daniel Kammen is the Bloomberg Distinguished Professor of Energy and Climate Justice at Johns Hopkins University. His expertise spans renewable energy, climate policy, sustainable development, and energy justice. Professor Kammen has held numerous senior advisory roles, including Senior Advisor for Energy and Innovation at USAID, Science Envoy for the U.S. State Department, and Chief Technical Specialist at the World Bank. He is a contributing and coordinating lead author for multiple IPCC reports. Elected to the American Academy of Arts and Sciences in 2020 and the U.S. National Academy of Sciences in 2025, Professor Kammen has been a contributing and coordinating lead author on multiple reports of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, which won the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize.

Daniel Kammen教授现任约翰斯·霍普金斯大学杰出教授。其研究领域涵盖可再生能源、气候政策、可持续发展等。Daniel Kammen教授曾担任美国国际开发署能源与创新高级顾问、美国国务院科学特使,以及世界银行再生能源与能源效率首席技术专家。他曾多次担任政府间气候变化专门委员会(IPCC)报告的主要作者与协调作者。Daniel Kammen 教授于2020年当选美国艺术与科学院院士,并于 2025 年当选美国国家科学院院士。他参与撰写并协调的多份IPCC报告曾于2007年荣获诺贝尔和平奖。

报告题目:Radiative Cooling Materials and Their Applications in Power Equipment

Xingyi Huang is a full professor of Shanghai Jiao Tong University and now is the director of Shanghai Key Laboratory of Electrical Insulation and Thermal Ageing. He is mainly engaged in the research of polymer electrical insulation materials. He is the Vice Chairman of the Insulation Materials and Insulation Technology Committee of the China Electrotechnical Society and the Vice Chairman of the Thermal Conductive Composite Materials and Application Committee of the Chinese Society for Composite Materials. He has won the Lihuayi Chemical Innovation Award of the Chinese Chemical Society, the Young Scientist Award of the Chinese Society for Composite Materials, and the Youth Science and Technology Award of the China Electrotechnical Society. He served as an associate editor of IEEE Transactions on Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation and iEnergy, and he also served as editorial board members of several journals of Elsevier and Wiley.

黄兴溢教授现任上海交通大学教授,并担任上海市电气绝缘与热老化重点实验室主任。他主要从事高分子电气绝缘材料方面的研究工作。黄兴溢教授现任中国电工技术学会绝缘材料与绝缘技术专业委员会副主任委员,以及中国复合材料学会导热复合材料及应用专业委员会副主任委员。他曾荣获中国化学会“利华益”化学创新奖、中国复合材料学会青年科学家奖以及中国电工技术学会青年科技奖。他还担任IEEE Transactions on Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation和iEnergy期刊的编委,是多本Elsevier和Wiley期刊的编委会成员。

报告嘉宾:Goran Strbac教授

报告题目:Whole-System Approach to Future Operation and Planning of Low Carbon Energy System, including Role and Value of Flexibility

面向低碳能源系统未来运行与规划的全系统方法:灵活性的作用与价值

Goran Strbac is an IEEE Fellow and Professor of Energy Systems, holding the Chair in Electrical Energy Systems at Imperial College London. He is an internationally recognized expert in energy system modelling, specializing in the operation, planning, security, and economics of electricity and integrated multi-energy systems. His research has shaped analytical frameworks and decision-support tools widely used by industry, governments, and regulators. He is the Director of the joint Imperial–Tsinghua Research Centre on Intelligent Power and Energy Systems and a Leading Author of IPCC Working Group III, contributing to global climate and energy policy. He also serves on international panels including the UK Smart System Forum, the European Technology and Innovation Platform for Smart Networks, and the Joint EU Programme on Energy Systems Integration.

Goran Strbac教授是IEEE会士、英国帝国理工学院能源系统教授,并担任该校电力能源系统讲席教授。他是国际公认的能源系统建模领域专家,研究方向涵盖电力及综合多能源系统的运行、规划、安全性与经济性。他的研究成果作为分析框架与决策支持工具被工业界、政府及监管机构广泛采用。Goran Strbac教授现任帝国理工学院—清华大学智慧电力与能源系统联合研究中心主任,并担任政府间气候变化专门委员会第三工作组主要作者,为全球气候与能源政策提供重要学术支撑。此外,他还在多个国际咨询与决策机构任职,包括英国智能系统论坛、欧洲智能电网技术与创新平台以及欧盟能源系统一体化联合研究计划等。
