Mainly engaged in research on flexible traction power supply systems, hybrid AC/DC grids and renewable energy integration, rail transit energy internet, and high-reliability high-quality power supply technologies. Published 40 SCI-indexed papers and authorized 61 national invention patents and 1 European patent. As the technical lead, has spearheaded the development of China’s first 10kV-level dynamic voltage restorer, the first fully continuous co-phase traction power supply system (Beijing Daxing Airport Line), and the first flexible DC traction system based on energy routers and cooperative control (Tianjin Jinghai Line).

Awarded 5 prestigious honors, including the China Southern Power Grid Science and Technology Progress First Prize, China Industry-University-Research Collaborative Innovation Achievement Award, and Shenzhen Science and Technology Progress First Prize.

    "Economically Secure Fully Continuous Flexible AC Traction Power Supply System" won the Gold Medal at the 2023 International Trade Fair for Ideas, Inventions, and New Products (iENA) in Nuremberg, Germany.

    "Urban Rail Flexible DC Smart Energy Management System" also received the Gold Medal at the 2023 iENA in Nuremberg, Germany.
