Dr. Wilsun Xu简历如下:

Dr. Wilsun Xu, obtained B.Eng. from Xian Jiaotong University in 1982 and Ph.D. from the University of British Columbia, Canada, in 1989. After spending 7 years in Canadian power industry, Dr. Xu joined the University of Alberta in 1996. At present, he holds the position of NSERC (Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada) Senior Industrial Research Chair on Power Quality at the University. Dr. Xu was awarded the IEEE Fellow in 2005 for outstanding contributions to power system harmonics research and the IEEE Canada Electric Power Medal in 2013 for important contributions to the field of electric power engineering in Canada. He is also a fellow of the Engineering Institute of Canada (EIC).

主要内容:This presentation is to share editorial information with authors who are interested in publishing papers in the Transactions of the IEEE Power & Energy Society, especially the IEEE Transactions on Power Delivery (PWRD). The presentation will cover topics such as the paper review process, acceptance rate, plagiarism check, decision appeal and so on. It will also discuss a few items that will help authors to improve their paper success rate. Finally, a new PWRD paper review scheme that can greatly help research work and paper writing will be explained.
