个人简介

1992年本科毕业于山东工业大学(现山东大学)无线电专业,1998年硕士毕业于中国科学院声学研究所信号与信息处理专业,2002年博士毕业于美国内布拉斯加大学林肯分校电气工程专业。1992年至1995年曾任职山东邮电管理局工程公司助理工程师,2002年至2005年曾任职美国密歇根大学弗林特分校终身系列助理教授,2005年至2006年曾任职美国马萨诸塞大学波士顿分校终身系列助理教授,2006年至2009年任职美国内布拉斯加大学林肯分校终身系列助理教授,2009年至2019年任职美国内布拉斯加大学林肯分校终身副教授,2006年至2019年任美国内布拉斯加大学林肯分校电气与计算机工程系智能泛在计算实验室主任。曾入选中科院“百人计划”并兼任中国科学院声学研究所高性能网络实验室主任,清华大学能源互联网创新研究院能源虚拟化研究中心主任,国家能源局中国能源互联网发展战略研究课题组首席科学家,国家能源局能源互联网行动计划预研课题组负责人。2019年7月起任清华大学电机系研究员,目前主要从事大规模复杂系统建模与优化理论及其在信息互联网和能源互联网中的应用。迄今已发表论文近300余篇,申请专利100余项,主持承担中美多项国家级科研项目,是多个国际顶级期刊的编委或特邀编委,多个会议的技术程序委员会主席或委员,IEEE的高级会员和ACM的会员。
